Buyers must pay for the items they purchase on GG within 03 calendar days.

If the buyer doesn’t pay within this time frame the seller can cancel the order and an unpaid cancellation will be recorded on the buyer’s account.

Why does Golden Green have this policy?

This policy helps buyers understand our rules on purchasing items, which protects sellers while maintaining a fair and safe marketplace.

Payment Method Policy?

To help provide a safe experience, we only allow payment methods that offer strong protection for buyers and Sellers.

The Following payment method is offered at GG Checkout,

  • Credit Card or Debit Card

The Following payment methods are not allowed,

  • Sending Cash Through the mail
  • Point-to-Point cash transfer services such as western union or Money Gram

Golden Green Money Back Guarantee Policy

Golden Green Money Back Guarantee applies when,

  • The buyer doesn’t receive an item,
  • The item received by the buyer doesn’t match the listing, for example,
  • The seller sent the wrong item
  • The item arrives broken, damaged, or Faulty
